Ukuphambana is the solo project of Chris Castiglione. Chris started Ukuphambana to have an alternative to the live collaborative work that had become the standard for Zero Times Infinity in the late 1990's. Over time the Ukuphambana developed into a unique project incorporating rhythmic noise, i.d.m., breakcore, experimental noise, techno and collage-style musique concrète into a sound unlike any other.
