Destruktion originally began in July 2006 as a weekly club event held every Friday night at Screamers Nightclub in Orlando. The night was DJ'd by Synthestruct and DJ Mechanism. Since its conception, Destruktion has turned its focus toward being a monthly event, with live Industrial/ Noize bands, DJ's, visual artists, and performers.
